Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Admission.at ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Bhumkar Corporation ("we", "us"), Solapur, Maharashtra, India.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

Admission.at provides an online platform for schools to:

  • Create and manage digital admission forms
  • Collect student applications online
  • Generate PDF admission forms (eForms)
  • Track application status
  • Export data and generate reports
  • Send SMS notifications to parents

3. School's Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate school information during setup
  • Ensure authorized personnel access the system
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws when handling student data
  • Obtain necessary consent from parents/guardians for data collection
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Our Responsibilities

  • Maintain the platform in working condition
  • Protect data with industry-standard security measures
  • Provide reasonable technical support via WhatsApp
  • Not access school data except for technical support purposes
  • Notify schools of any data breach within 72 hours

5. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. All student application data, documents, and school information entered into the system remains the property of the school. We do not claim ownership over your data.

Upon termination, you may request a complete export of your data. We will provide it within 7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Admission.at platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Bhumkar Corporation. Schools are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of their subscription.

7. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon during onboarding. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods. Service access may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, hosting provider issues, force majeure).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhumkar Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the school in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 15 days written notice (via WhatsApp or email). Upon termination:

  • School may request data export within 30 days
  • After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
  • No refund for the remaining period unless otherwise agreed

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these terms with 15 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active schools.
