Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want every school to be satisfied with our service. If things don't work out, here's our fair refund policy.

Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you've paid for the service but no admission forms have been submitted through your school's form, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.

Simply message us on WhatsApp and we'll process the refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

No Refund (after usage)

Once admission forms have been submitted through your school's form (i.e., the service has been actively used), refunds are not available. This is because:

  • Student data has been processed and stored
  • PDF eForms have been generated
  • SMS notifications may have been sent
  • Server resources have been consumed

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the service or are unable to provide the agreed service level for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days of downtime), we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9420 6333 77 with:

  • Your school name
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for refund request

We'll respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 3–5 working days.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with our refund decision, we're open to discussion. We believe in fair resolution and will work with you to find a mutually acceptable outcome. Contact us at [email protected].
